How To Place Your Order

How can I place my order?

Simply add the products you wish to purchase to cart; when you are done adding the products, proceed to check out. Sign in into your customer account or create a new account if you are a new customer. Enter all required information as prompted, such as your name, shipping address, and payment information, and then submit your order.

Can I order over the phone?

To order over the phone, please call 0809-2900496 (Lagos) or +1-202-644-3064 (US). You may also visit our office for further assistance at: Suite B21, First Floor, Alausa Shopping Mall 131, Obafemi Awolowo Way, Ikeja, Lagos.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Can I return/exchange my order?

Theshopville will accept your return or exchange of unused, unopened and defective merchandise by mail. Unused, unopened and defective merchandise may also be returned at our office at : Suite B21, First Floor, Alausa Shopping Mall 131, Obafemi Awolowo Way, Ikeja, Lagos.

We will credit you for returns, accompanied by an original receipt, received within 7 days of the purchase for the price paid either in the original form of payment or as a merchandise exchange.

Exceptions: Sale of all food items or consumables are final. If you receive a damaged or defective food item, please contact us with the following information:

  • Order number for the item
  • Date of arrival
  • Condition of item at time of arrival
  • Detailed explanation of the issue

Wrong Order or Items Damaged Upon Delivery

If you determine that you got a wrong order, please contact us right away. Once we establish that an error was made we will ensure that you get your refund, exchange or credit towards your next order. Claims for damaged or incorrect goods, must be made within 48 hours from the date of delivery of your order. We will not be liable for any refund or exchanges thereafter.

Out of stock items

We cannot guarantee the availability of any product. A product may be available one minute and be out of stock the next minute. We will make a full refund or give you a credit towards future purchases for out of stock items that you have already paid for.

Order Status

How can I track my order?

We will constantly keep you updated about the status of your order through emails and text messages. You may also click on the “Track my Order ” tab at the top of this page and type in your order details to keep track of your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed it cannot be modified or cancelled. This is because we constantly strive to expedite our order fulfillment process just to ensure you get your orders within the shortest time possible.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All expedited deliveries are delivered door-to-door within five business days throughout Nigeria. Standard deliveries take about ten business days.

How Do I Pay For My Order?

Our website operates on the  Interswitch/GTpay payment systems powered by  Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBank). We accept only Nigerian bank-issued MasterCard, Visa, Interswitch and Verve cards on the Interswitch/GTpay platform. You may also make online transfer from your account domiciled in any of the banks in Nigeria, or make a direct bank deposit, into our bank account. You will be directed to our payment page where you would be required to enter your card or account details once you are ready to place your order. Do You Accept Account-To-Account Bank Transfers?

You may make your payment directly into our bank account, from your account domiciled in any of the banks in Nigeria. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. To obtain your Order ID, simply add the products you wish to order to cart and check out by submitting your order. Do You Accept Over-The-Counter Bank Deposits?

You may make an “over-the-counter” deposit into our bank account at any GTBank location.  Please use your Order ID as the payment reference.
